Happy Holidays to all!

We have had a fantastic year of yoga together! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏

Yoga at The Club will be on break through December. ❄️

In an effort to be mindful of the busyness of the season, I want to make the effort to be slow and enjoy the time. ⏸️

🧘‍♀️ On my December schedule:

🔮 December 15th - Full Moon Shamanic Sound Journey at Main Street Yoga 6PM

🎉 December 29th - End of the Year Gathering (Party!!) at Main Street Yoga (stay tuned for details!)

🎵 Mondays have private sessions available for either Thai Yoga Bodywork or Sound Healing in the Vault! See Main Street Yoga's website for more info!

Enjoy the season in all of the big ways and especially in the small things.

This class will be a mix of opening flow, guided breathwork & meditation, information about how we are showing up during this eclipse & how to work with the moon energy, and meditative movement practices to bring your energy centers into alignment. 🌖
