Hi! I’m Sheila Tillich. I’m a Universal Master Energy Healer.
My mission is to help you find your divine purpose. Teach you self-healing techniques empowering you to transform your past traumas and experiences into valuable learning insights, allowing a joyful life, aligning your soul’s spiritual potential, and live in harmony.
I do this by sharing my story. Who I am, where I’ve come from, and how my life is now filled with freedom, joy, harmony, and alignment with my true purpose. I am not alone, and I want others to know they aren’t either. Together we can walk this journey together.
Today, I no longer hide behind an old mask of not being good enough.
My traumatic childhood had a great impact on my future choices.
I married young and brought all my low self-worth with me. In my late 30’s and early 40’s, “recovery” started to bloom. Doing work on my self was the answer to my problems. My children were the catalyst. I wanted more for them than what I started with. I knew I had put the oxygen mask on first to be a healthy role model.
Through this recovery work, my life has transformed into a marvelous journey of self-healing. I embraced a spiritual life that has been “beyond my wildest dreams.”
I’ve found peace…. I am good enough!
What did I do to self-heal you may ask? I knew there was a better way to live and started on this journey. Working on myself has been ongoing. As the years went by, I got better. How? I went within. I ask my higher power to help. They did. I had a lot of help.
Slowly, I got off medication prescribed for depression, fibromyalgia, and other traditional diagnoses. I started using pure therapeutic grade essential oils. The alternative, holistic, and eastern medicine practices always piqued my interest so this led to engorging myself in learning all I could.
My interest in science and spirituality fit right in with my skeptical mind. I had to have proof. I found it …Alternative/Holistic Energy medicine.
While still functioning in mainstream traditional healthcare, I was uncomfortable with labels and beliefs that kept me a victim. I no longer have those “traditional” labels, nor am I a victim!
When I started doing energy work on myself, I felt different. I felt whole. I was finally at peace. I knew I was going in the right direction.
This all led me to trust in myself and be a wise woman self-healing.
I care deeply for people and I'm passionate about guide others toward alignment with their highest choice and their divine purpose. My mission is to teach self-healing techniques to wise women empowering them to utilize their life’s obstacles so that they can have a joyful, heart-centered future.

I am a Multi-Dimensional Master Healer, Teacher, and Trainer of healers. I’m a Heart Activator - Harmonizing the Heart and Soul. Mentoring others to stand in their power seeing the bigger picture in their lives. Helping them transform into something that provides freedom, wisdom, and courage to live their best life. This guidance and teaching help them self-heal by releasing and healing what no longer serves them, evolving into their divine purpose. I use time-tested techniques such as HeartMath® and Integrated Energy Therapy®, empowering others to self-heal.
