Las Vegas friends — I’m finally offering sound baths here.

So many of you have asked over the years, and I’m excited to share that I’m now offering private, in-home sound bath experiences for meditation, relaxation and self-care in the Las Vegas Valley for the first time.

Sound baths are a deeply calming experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments for gentle sound to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

This is a beautiful way to gather 5–10 friends for a deeply relaxing, restorative experience focused on meditation, nervous system regulation, stress relief, and self-care.

Each session is a 45-minute sound bath used to help calm the mind, release tension, and restore your energy.

✨ $25 per person
✨ You host (home, clubhouse, or private space)
✨ I bring all instruments (I just need a 4’x4’ space to setup)

✨ Best availability: Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays
My schedule is open this spring and will become more limited as we move toward summer — so if you’ve been wanting a sound bath with me, this is your opportunity. Sessions starting in February. Bookings begin 5th, 6th and 7th.

I love when this happens.
Because here’s the truth:

If you fall asleep during a sound bath, nothing is wrong.
In fact, it often means your body felt safe enough to finally let go.

During deep relaxation, you may naturally shift into a theta brainwave state — the same state connected to intuition, restoration, emotional processing, and deep nervous-system healing. Whether you stay awake or slip into sleep, your body receives exactly what it needs.

Your only job is to arrive.
