That’s exactly what Empower UP! Camp for Girls is all about.

This summer, girls ages 7-12 in Fall City, WA will spend a week diving into yoga & meditation, mindfulness, confidence coaching, hula hoop, healthy snacks, hiking in nature, and SO much more, all in a calm, nurturing, screen-free space where they can just be themselves.

Spots are filling up fast. Several sessions are already low, and August is completely full!

Each girl who comes to Empower UP! Camp creates a box to hold all the goodies we make over the week (glitter jars, stress balls, fortune tellers with coping strategies, an eye mask for meditation, and more). This year we decorated them by dot painting mandalas. Farewell glitter glue! The girls LOVED it! Here are some photos of some of their beautiful, artistic creations...🤩

The Mt Si High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team reached out to me mid-season to see if I would come teach some restorative yoga to the girls and of course I said yes! We were only able to schedule two classes but they asked me back for next year. It was really fun to teach more of an adult class and I really enjoyed working with this group. 😊 Go wildcats!
