RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides hands-on care to patients
Provides emotional support to patients
Informs MD and other staff of changes in patient situation or needs.
Provide assistance with personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and mobility
Maintains professional licensure per state requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
On a daily basis: walking, standing, sitting, reaching, use of telephone, use of computers & other office equipment lift in transferring patients, bending, climbing stairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
CNA licence in “Good Standing” in Massachusetts
Up to Date Immunization Record
Current CPR Certification
Pass a Drug Test
Pass a Criminal Background Check
Current Physical
Negative TB
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or recent Negative Test (24 hours)
