Thank you to Dermsquared for the invitation to speak at this year's Patient Access Management Summit in Las Vegas.

Increasing patient access to specialty therapeutics is a cornerstone of treating complex dermatologic issues such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, alopecia areata, and hidradenitis suppurativa.

Without these treatments, patients will continue to suffer from their skin disease being ineffectively treated by outdated therapies which carry a higher risk of side effects with overall lower efficacy.

Meet Erika, our friendly and welcoming medical receptionist! With her warm smile and kind personality, Erika makes every patient feel right at home the moment they walk through our doors.

Erika has been in healthcare since 2009 and has worn many hats throughout her career — from Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist to Medical Receptionist. She even served as a mobile phlebotomist for the American Red Cross during the time of the Boston Marathon Bombings, an experience that deepened her dedication to helping others.

When she’s not greeting patients and keeping things running smoothly, Erika enjoys fishing with her husband and spending time crafting in her craft room. And a fun fact? She says she hates talking about herself — though we think her story is definitely worth sharing! 😋

We’re so lucky to have Erika as part of our team! 💙
