Costa Rica’s summer has come to an end, but the memories stay with us forever. We are extremely grateful for the friends and family who have come over the years to share this special place we now call home.

The Shift I Needed ✨

An emotion lasts about 90 seconds when we allow it to be felt, without resistance it softens and passes.

But when we ignore or suppress it, it doesn’t disappear, it stays stored in the body and can last for years.

This is why so many feel overwhelmed, it’s not weakness, it’s unprocessed emotion.

Here are three tools that changed everything for me:
