Mindfulness Monday!🧘🏼‍♀️

Mindfulness Monday is everything mindful. Each Monday I want to share knowledge and a weekly practice to help cultivate mindfulness🫶🏼

💘3/17 Practice:

DISCONNECT FROM YOUR SCREENS!!

Whether this be for 10 mins or a whole day, disconnect from all screens and be FULLY present.

After you are done, reflect &/or journal your experience.

Remember to take at least 4 deep breathes before your reflection time. 🩷

What emotions did you experience? Why do you believe these specific emotions were present? Did there seem to be a change in your emotional state between when you disconnected and when you reconnected?

While journaling, remember to LIMIT JUDGEMENT!! You are who you are. Accept that person.

Practice this skill multiple times throughout this week. Notice how you feel after you were present. And remember…

DO. NOT. JUDGE. THYSELF!
