To all members of Local 7303

August will bring upon us a new time for us to consider who we want for officers of this Local. This is the year for elections.

All positions are up for grabs. Anyone in good standing can run for office. They are three-year positions.

President, Vice-President, Secretary/Treasury, Four E-board members at large.

Nominations will be open at the August membership meeting and continue into September. If only one person is running for a position, then that position will be declared a white ballot, and the individual will have ownership of it. Any other positions with two or more running for office we can chose to either vote at membership meetings or mail out ballots in accordance with our bylaws.

I have attached guidelines to follow, for those running for office. So, pay attention to the bylaws which are also attached. And if you wish to run for office please do so only if you are serious.
