MomPire Wellness MOMTHERS SUPPORTING MOTHERS

I grieved myself after my second baby, Queen Mama.
Not my body. Me. The woman I was before.
If you feel like a stranger to yourself right now, save this. You are not broken. You are becoming.
Day 4 of 5. If you missed Day 1 through 3, go back and watch.
Tomorrow is the finale. And it is the one most mamas are too afraid to say out loud.
Follow so you don't miss it. πŸ‘‘

Happy Easter, Queen Mama. πŸŒΈπŸ‘‘
To the mama who wiped tears before sunrise.
To the mama who packed lunches with one hand and rocked a baby with the other.
To the mama who gave the last piece of her plate away.
To the mama who answered "mommy" for the 400th time today and still smiled.
To the mama running on coffee, prayers, and pure love.
To the Queen who is becoming a mama, carrying life and love beneath her heart. 🀍
We see you. πŸ’›
You are loved. You are appreciated. You are the heart of your home.
May today bring you laughter, rest, and one quiet moment that belongs only to you.
From Mama Comfort and the whole MomPire family, we're wishing you the sweetest Easter, Queen. 🌷
Drop a πŸ‘‘ in the comments if you're receiving this blessing today.
Healing forward, not bouncing back. Always.

Nobody talks about this. But EVERY new mom thinks about it.

The first trip to the bathroom after delivery.

I remember sitting there terrified. Everything was swollen. Everything hurt. And I had zero idea what was normal.

So let me be the friend who tells you what I wish someone told me.

Peri bottle. Stool softeners. Patience. And zero shame.

This is the real side of postpartum recovery. And you should not have to figure it out alone.

Be honest. Were YOU prepared for this part? Tell me in the comments.

Five babies. And the hormone crash got me every single time.
With my first I cried because I was overwhelmed. With my second I cried out of guilt. By my fifth I cried wondering how I could ever be enough for all of them.
Different babies. Different triggers. Same crash.
Experience does not protect you from this. Your body goes through the same free fall every time.
If it lasts longer than two weeks or the thoughts get darker, please talk to someone.
Tag a mama who needs to hear this.

I thought I had plenty of time for the big talks.
Then my 7-year-old came home with opinions shaped by a YouTube ad and a recess conversation. 😳
The window is open NOW, Mama. You don't need a theology degree β€” just presence and a little courage.
Your child isn't looking for rules. They're looking for a foundation.
These 5 conversations are the bricks. πŸ’›
✨ Pick ONE number from this carousel and bring it up at dinner or bedtime this week.
Which one are you starting with? πŸ‘‡

Can we have an honest conversation today?

The financial pressure of raising multiple children is one of the heaviest things I have carried as a mother. Some months I looked at the numbers and just felt so tired.

I know I am not the only one who has felt that way.

Swipe through. These are not perfect answers. They are real strategies from a mama who is still in the middle of it with you. πŸ’›

Save this. Share it with a mama who needs it today. And drop a πŸ’° below if this spoke to you.

Starting solids sounds exciting… until reality hits. 🍽️
The refused spoons.
The gagging.
The quiet fear of "what if it's an allergy?"
If this season feels overwhelming β€” you're not doing it wrong. It's just a lot to navigate alone.
Drop your answer below πŸ‘‡ A, B, or C β€” and then comment "TEXTURES" and I'll send you our free guide that speaks directly to whatever you're dealing with right now.
You don't have to keep Googling at midnight, Queen Mama. πŸ’•

I don’t talk about this enough 🀍

The first time my daughter reacted to pineapple, we ended up in the hospital. I left with an EpiPen and the words, β€œif it happens again.”

I wasn’t careless β€” I just didn’t have the information. And if you’re there too, you’re not careless either πŸ’›

That’s why inside MomPire Wellness we talk about food reactions, what to look for, and how to track them with confidence.

Comment CARE and I’ll send you the guide πŸ‘‘

MOMPIRE MOM FEATURE πŸ’™
✨ Queen Mama, We See You ✨
Uhunwa Lustre Aghedo , from the moment you joined this community, you showed up with your whole heart. You've poured love into this space, lifted other mamas up, and reminded us what true community looks like.
Today, we're celebrating YOU the way you deserve! πŸŽ‰πŸ‘‘
Meet Uhunwa Omorogbe mama to three beautiful children (two girls and one boy) and a dedicated Nurse Practitioner making a difference every single day.
Her truth πŸ’™
"Motherhood will stretch you in ways you never imagined but it will also strengthen you in ways you never knew you could be strengthened. You don't have to be perfect to be an amazing mother. Your presence, your love, and your effort are enough."
Queen Mama, read that again. πŸ‘†πŸΎ
Uhunwa reminds us that we don't need to have it all together to be good mothers. Our presence matters. Our love matters. Our effort even on the hard days matters.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Uhunwa balances caring for others professionally while nurturing three children at home. She shows us daily that compassion, resilience, and presence are powerful tools for both family and community.
Uhunwa, we celebrate you today. Thank you for choosing to build with us. Thank you for showing up authentically. Thank you for being one of the Queen Mamas who helped create the foundation of MomPire Wellness. πŸ’™πŸ‘‘
Queen Mamas drop a πŸ’™ for Uhunwa! Tell her what her truth meant to you today.
πŸ’— Strong mothers lift each other up.
