Hello everyone, thought it was time for a proper introduction and a photo! I’m Lindsey, your go-to Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Bodywork by Lindsey. Working with the fantastic team at Salute Spine and Strength has been a highlight of my career. With almost 7 years as an LMT and 4 years trained in Ashiatsu, I’m grateful for this path. Self-employment has given me the gift of time – to attend my son’s activities, support my family, and live a balanced life. As a LMT I am always learning. The last couple of days I completed a deepfeet silks. I look forward to being able to share this amazing bodywork with my clients. ♥️ if you’re an LMT and need continuing education, I can’t recommend Karen Harmon at Bodywork Unbound enough. She’s an amazing teacher with over a decade of experience. She’s an LMT, a business owner, a deepfeet instructor, she teaches a wide variety of massage classes, makes products like the ashi butter i use, just to name one, and is opening a massage school in Rochester. if thats not enough, shes also a mom to 3 kiddos-literally super human! i had an amazing time(as always!) learning from her! ♥️
