The word “chakra” comes from Sanskrit and means wheel. There are seven main chakras. When your chakras are flowing freely, you may feel energized, clear, and aligned. When one feels “blocked,” you might notice emotional or physical tension connected to that area.
The cool part... You can support your chakras through yoga, breathwork, meditation, affirmations, sound, and even color; each chakra has its own color vibe.
