🦥 Just a little share this morning
These last three days have been a whirlwind. Starting by 7 AM each morning and leaving after midnight each night as I get everything ready for SoulAlive 2025, and for my upcoming 3 to 4 weeks in Costa Rica🌴
While creating the retreat schedule for our guests, I asked Sage (my AI) to help me make a fun image to use and when it was done this little sloth popped out of the SoulAlive van waving at me 🦥
This image holds so many of the things I truly love about Costa Rica….

I have been smiling since the image first popped up on my screen.
There has been so much shifting and changing, so much growth and expansion, both in the centers, and in my world, that this picture brings me more joy than I expected.
I still have three more very long days ahead of me before I fly out on Wednesday morning, but each late night and every hour of preparation has been, and will continue to be, worth it.
I cannot wait to land, breathe in the smell of the rainforest, feel the sun on my face and fall asleep where “The Stillness Meets the Stars” in the place that brings my body mind and spirit so much peace, joy and inspiration ✨
