It’s not quite time to share all of the news of what has been happening here at CenterPeace… what is coming through, being created, and now taking form. But I can say that there are some truly magical things unfolding 💫
And this afternoons private sound bath was a continuation of something that has been in motion since last fall… something that has been slowly taking form, something that took a major step forward a few days ago. Something that has had me sitting in such a beautiful place of gratitude.
So as I was walking around the CenterPeace Farmington today, setting up and getting ready, I found myself stopping… enjoying the sunshine and the soft sounds of the birds just outside the windows. I took photos, slowed my breath, placing my hand on my heart, and simply stood in this space that I created nearly 6 years ago.
This building, this space, will always be my heart… it often feels more like a home, something people tell me all the time, which always makes me smile.
This space, is filled with things from my life, from my children, my travels, and so many years of memories… deep, warm, rooted in rich reds and wood tones, holding the heartbeat of everything that began here. There is a warmth in this space… an energy… a comfort that is so hard to describe and can only truly be experienced, felt!
And even though we just opened the new yoga studio, and Troy is beginning to stand more and more on its own, there is something so special about CenterPeace Farmington. It’s a bit like your first-born child… and it has always been my heart.

As I sit here in gratitude, closing this reflection, there’s also a deep knowing… that as beautiful as this space is, and as much energy as it holds, it is what it is today because of the people. It’s the practitioners who show up here every day and call CenterPeace their home, and it’s those of you who trust us to walk with you along your journey…
