Today, we are proud to recognize and celebrate an exceptional member of our caregiving team, Maricelis S. đ
We recently received heartfelt feedback from both a client and their state case manager, and it truly speaks volumes about the kind of caregiver Maricelis is. The client and her husband shared that they âcanât stop ravingâ about herâand itâs easy to see why. From going above and beyond by cleaning air ducts (without ever being asked) to help improve her clientâs breathing, to bringing warmth, kindness, and a bubbly personality into their home, Maricelis exemplifies what compassionate care looks like every single day.
They described her as easygoing, easy to talk to, and someone who brings comfort not just through her work, but through her presence. In fact, theyâve even started learning Spanish to better communicate with herâa beautiful reflection of the connection sheâs built. And as they put it best: âWe love herâand weâre not easy people to please!â
Maricelis, your dedication, initiative, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. You are making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, and we couldnât be more proud to have you on our team.

Recientemente recibimos un comentario muy emotivo tanto de una clienta como de su administradora de caso del estado, y realmente dice mucho sobre la clase de cuidadora que es Maricelis. La clienta y su esposo compartieron que âno pueden dejar de hablar maravillasâ de ellaây es fĂĄcil entender por quĂ©. Desde ir mĂĄs allĂĄ de sus responsabilidades limpiando los conductos de aire (sin que nadie se lo pidiera) para ayudar a que la clienta respire mejor, hasta brindar calidez, amabilidad y una personalidad alegre dentro de su hogar, Maricelis ejemplifica lo que significa brindar un cuidado con verdadera compasiĂłn todos los dĂas.
La describieron como una persona accesible, fĂĄcil de conversar y alguien que brinda consuelo no solo a travĂ©s de su trabajo, sino tambiĂ©n con su presencia.
