Hi💐 I wanted to touch base with you all and apologize for having dropped off the face of the planet this summer. Many of you know that I went through cancer treatment, six weeks of radiation, that started in August and ended three weeks ago. I was unable to speak out about it during that time. But as I sit here on the other end, I feel grateful for having made it through, I feel stronger, I’m experiencing less fear in my life, but I am still experiencing incredible exhaustion. As I recover from all of this and rebuild my strength, I’m also setting up a chiropractic office in Farmington, Align & Shine Chiropractic. My plan in the future is to offer yoga classes at my office on some evenings and also at End of the Rainbow Health Alternatives.
