If you want strong, toned legs, here are some killer exercises to get them right to get you ready for summer! Dont let Wangz Bar & Grill have the only juicy legs in town! 🦵

🔥 Squats – The king of leg day! Bodyweight, goblet, or barbell squats will build strength and shape your quads, hamstrings, and glutes.

🏃 Lunges – Forward, reverse, or walking lunges help define your legs and improve balance. Bonus: they also fire up your core!

💥 Deadlifts – Romanian or conventional deadlifts will strengthen your hamstrings and give you powerful legs (and a strong back).

🔥 Step-Ups – Use a bench or box to sculpt your quads and glutes while also getting your heart rate up.

🏋️‍♂️ Leg Press – A great way to push heavier weight and build overall leg mass.

If “crushing your goals” was a person! This client came to me wanting to just improve her health and lose her “baby pouch” after giving birth to 3 beautiful babies, her youngest being under 2. She has a very demanding job and just didn’t have the confidence to do it on her own.

So we sat down and crafted her a very “goal-specific” plan and along the way of building her body, we built her some courage to step on stage!

You are looking at 16 weeks of blood, sweat, and tears and a competitor that will not soon be forgotten for her amazing story and stage-presence! As you can see, she killed the stage with this statuesque, bronzed coated body!

Along the way she learned how to eat to live, prepare healthy foods, enjoy treats, love herself so that she could truly LOVE on her family, walk in 5 inch heels, apply make up, and drink water from a gallon jug….just to name a few. The most important being that she learned how super important she is to those around her! Now she won’t EVER forget it!

So ladies, all of you who have doubted yourself and your ability to do what seems to be impossible……just remember, it’s only impossible until it’s done!
