We all struggle to maintain the balance of Bigger, Stronger, Wiser and Kind. At times, we can lean towards being Weak by not taking charge or setting a limit. Welcome to the club. Although our children may protest, they appreciate the sense of safety that comes from knowing we are in charge.

Rather than Mondays just being the day the weekend fun is over, what if Mondays were a reminder of a new start, new possibilities and God's provision for your life? What is one way God is meeting your needs today? What is one thing you are looking forward to today? If nothing comes to mind, do one small thing you know you will enjoy, such as walking outside during your lunch break, feeling the sunshine on your skin and looking at the blue color of the sky. Linger and take it in. Consider all the many other possibilities for good things this week.
