Non-Surgical Solutions To Back Pain And Sciatica
A new study of chronic low back pain and sciatica patients compared surgical outcomes to conservative rehabilitation. 👇
The study found that those undergoing surgery had 18 times greater risk of spinal degeneration afterwards. Additionally, follow-up surgery was required in 6% of the prior surgery group, however, 0% of those undergoing conservative rehab required surgery.
