Healthy breakfasts don’t have to be complicated—even on vacation 🌞

On a recent weekend at our lake house, some of the young adults skipped the donuts 🙌 One chose fresh avocado toast 🥑, and another went for avocado with cottage cheese over leftovers to stay low-carb. I was so impressed! 💚

Even something simple like a quality low-sugar protein bar, or fruit + a handful of nuts 🍎🥜, can help you start your day strong. It just takes a little planning ahead ✨
