Join us on Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 3:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. for a Fall Family Yoga class! Bring the family together with a family yoga class by Julie Daniel, Certified Kids Yoga Teacher of Yoga for Kids of CNY.

Julie has practiced yoga for most of her adult life so it was a natural progression for her to decide to combine her love of yoga and her education background to become a children’s yoga teacher. She became certified with YogaKids in 2006 and went on to also become a certified teacher with Grounded Kids. During this time Julie has taught many classes for children, youth and families throughout Central NY. She has also led trainings for teachers, therapists, and other professionals who want to learn how to integrate yoga into their various disciplines. Julie has recently trained with Mindful Schools and is regularly integrating mindfulness activities into her yoga classes.

When: Sunday, October 19 from 3:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Who: Parents & children (ages 5-12)
Where: The Alexandre Centre
Cost: Adult & 1 child: $25. Each additional person in the family (child, grandparent, etc): $10

🌿 Update from Our Centre 🌿

We were so excited to begin offering Yoga and Pediatric Occupational Therapy as part of our services, but unfortunately, the arrangements we had in place are no longer moving forward. While this is a disappointment, we're still deeply committed to creating a space that supports wellness in all forms.

With that in mind, we're reaching out to our community:
