We are proud to have April on our team!

Meet the team at Lincoln Health!

April Smith has been a registered nurse for 20 years. She started her career on the medical/surgical floor, which led her to being the pediatric nurse after orienting to pediatrics. She has taken care of all ages through the years. She has worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and long term care.

April started at Donalson Care Center as the ADON about a year and a half ago and has recently accepted the DON position. April said she "really enjoys working here and spending time with the staff and residents."

Congratulations, Hollie!

Congratulations to Hollie Miles, on recently being named the recipient of the Bee Award!

A companion to the DAISY Award® for nurses, we have the BEE Award (Being Extraordinary Everyday) to publicly recognize non-licensed caregivers who consistently go above and beyond.

A coworker described Hollie by saying "she does an excellent job making sure our residents our loved and cared for. She goes above and beyond to have fun things for them to do. I see her working constantly to make things perfect. Her job is not easy and she does it with love and such grace. We are fortunate to have her."
