[03/27/20]   Statement on Telehealth

To all our valued patients and families: we know that the unprecedented situation we are all facing presents very unique challenges for every one of us as we try to navigate these uncertain times. That being said, Trinity Rehab is committed to looking for ways to effectively provide quality physical and occupational therapy services to our patients that still need us. We continue to learn a little bit each day about the possibility of providing certain therapy services through avenues called “E-visits” and/or “Telehealth”. If any of our current patients are interested in either of these services, please give our clinics a call so we can discuss whether they may be right for you. Please trust that we continue to do everything we can to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment to provide/receive quality therapy and we continue to follow all established federal, state, and local guidelines in response to COVID-19. In the meantime, we wish you and your families all the best in health and look forward to seeing you all again soon.

All the Best,
Your Trinity Team

[03/06/20]   Hello everyone! We are well aware that many of our patients (particularly AT&T wireless customers) are having difficulty contacting us via phone. Apparently whatever this issue is with either Cox Communication or AT&T has not yet been resolved. If you need to leave us a message over the weekend we suggest trying to reach us via landline phone. A lot of folks have had success that way. Have a safe weekend y’all!

[03/03/20]   Morning everyone! Apparently our business is having an issue with receiving calls from AT&T cell phone customers. We apologize for any inconvenience if you are trying to reach our offices. We are currently working on a solution! In the meantime feel free to reach out to us via our page.
