Meet Your Spine!
Your spine does a lot more than just hold you up — here’s a quick intro to its key parts:
Cervical Spine (Neck): Supports your head and lets you turn, tilt, and nod.
Thoracic Spine (Mid-back): Anchors your ribs and helps protect your heart and lungs.
Lumbar Spine (Lower back): Bears the most weight and gives you strength to lift, twist, and move.
Sacrum (Base of spine): Connects your spine to your hips and helps keep you stable.
