The best analogy for the soul that I have ever heard, was from a shaman I met in Peru. Someone asked him to describe the soul as he understood it.

He said to imagine the biggest bonfire you can. A bonfire so big, it appears to have no beginning and no end. He said that this fire is eternal. It has always burned and it will continue to burn forever. Then he said, imagine that those sparks you see shooting out of the fire are people. Individual lifetimes. They burn brightly and move quickly. They may think of themselves as separate from the fire, but they are the fire. All the power of that bonfire, resides in the tiny spark. And when that tiny spark inevitably burns out, it always returns to the ashes from whence it came, where it will be reborn, again and again. ❤️🔥

When we think of ourselves, these are the words we should use. Beating ourselves up over past mistakes only keeps us inside that negative loop. Letting go of old patterns being with loving ourselves!!! Today is a great day to start💜💜💜💚
