This February, my team presented me with an award celebrating 20 years of Stepping Stones providing ABA services to Central Florida. Some members of our staff have been with me since the very beginning, others for 10 years or more, and many of our current team have been here between 3–5 years. I feel truly honored to work alongside such a dedicated group—they are the reason Stepping Stones is what it is today.
