Inner Sage is a woman owned company that has been in business for over 10 years. We are an inclusive environment and believe yoga and metaphysical practices should be accessible to all, fun, taught by skilled & inspiring teachers and supported by mindful staff. Yoga Shala’s Inner Sage Metaphysical Boutique & Studio offers products and classes to advance those who are both experienced with metaphysical/yoga lifestyle practices and to those who are unfamiliar that are curious about our services. Inner Sage Metaphysical boutique provides many products pertaining to intuitive understanding such as crystals, incense, and oracle cards. As well as providing pleasant apparel including Yoga Shala clothing, earthy necklaces, bracelets, and intricate-designed bags. Clients who are interested in our classes will have a variety of options and paces they could join in at their own desire or inquiry. Classes that are good for beginners and led at an accessible pace as well as relaxing, in addition offering classes that are challenging and active. Everyone at their own pace and intuitive wisdom are welcome to join and connect with their own inner sage.

In a time when so much feels heavy and uncertain, we’re choosing to stay open ~ not just as a shop, but as a space for community, care, and nervous-system rest.

We don’t support policies or systems that harm or divide, including ICE or the choices being made by the current administration. As a social worker and helper at heart, I believe in showing up for people, walking through the fire together, not turning away.

This is not business as usual.
This isn’t about sales or productivity.
This is simply about showing up and holding space.
