Inner Sage Metaphysical boutique provides many products pertaining to intuitive understanding such as crystals, incense, and oracle cards. As well as providing pleasant apparel including Yoga Shala clothing, earthy necklaces, bracelets, and intricate-designed bags. Clients who are interested in our classes will have a variety of options and paces they could join in at their own desire or inquiry. Classes that are good for beginners and led at an accessible pace as well as relaxing, in addition offering classes that are challenging and active. Everyone at their own pace and intuitive wisdom are welcome to join and connect with their own inner sage.

As many of you know, we have closed our beloved Nine Mile space ~ a meaningful chapter that held so much connection, growth, and beauty. And yet, as life continually reminds us, transition is part of every journey.

We are slowly and intentionally revamping the Inner Sage online shop, creating a space where the spirit of Inner Sage can continue to live on and support your rituals, healing, and home sanctuaries.

Ganesh, known as the remover of obstacles and the symbol of new beginnings, feels especially aligned with this moment. He reminds us that every ending creates space for something new to unfold. With patience, trust, and openness, obstacles soften and new pathways emerge.

🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Throwback ~ March 17, 2020

This was the first yoga class I ever livestreamed and recorded at the studio ~ Right at the beginning of the pandemic.

So much the world, and our lives, were about to change….along with an important change I had already initiated in my life.

Looking back, I can see how yoga had been quietly preparing me for years.
The practice of grounding.
Of breathing through uncertainty.
Of staying present in the middle of transition.

So many shifts unfolded after this moment.
New directions in my work, new expressions of my business, and the creation of the Inner Sage shop ~ a project born during the pandemic that now, six years later, is completing its chapter.

Through it all there has been growth 💚
Resilience ✨
Community 💚
Deepening relationships with my boys, with others, and with myself ✨

Yoga has a way of teaching us how to move through change with intention, presence, and trust.

Feeling grateful today for every step of this journey and for the new beginnings that are quietly budding now 🍀
