ical/yoga lifestyle practices and to those who are unfamiliar that are curious about our services. Inner Sage Metaphysical boutique provides many products pertaining to intuitive understanding such as crystals, incense, and oracle cards. As well as providing pleasant apparel including Yoga Shala clothing, earthy necklaces, bracelets, and intricate-designed bags. Clients who are interested in our classes will have a variety of options and paces they could join in at their own desire or inquiry. Classes that are good for beginners and led at an accessible pace as well as relaxing, in addition offering classes that are challenging and active. Everyone at their own pace and intuitive wisdom are welcome to join and connect with their own inner sage.

✨ Today was my first day back working the shop since our big move next door (175 W. Nine Mile) and let me tell you, the vibes in did not disappoint! Pure magic as always. 💫

Also… can we talk about these essential oil rollers?! 😍 We’re featuring several incredible makers right now and every single blend is divine. Come sniff, sample, and swoon.

Join in celebrating the light, vitality, and abundance of the Summer Solstice with Breathe & Bloom, a soulful morning of movement, mindfulness, and creativity.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to center the heart and mind, followed by the energizing tradition of 108 Sun Salutations — a powerful moving meditation to honor the sun’s peak. This practice invites you to move with intention, release what no longer serves, and welcome in the fullness of summer energy.

After the flow, tap into your creative spirit at our Summer Flower Bar, where you’ll create your own mini bud vase arrangement using fresh, seasonal blooms — a beautiful reminder to carry the energy of the practice with you.

At Yoga Shala and Wellness Center you will find a warm and inviting space that promotes healing and wellness. Our intention is to provide an inspiring and supportive environment for you to experience your unique yogic journey and to explore your wellness goals. Everyone's journey and evolution through life is unique. Our goal is to embrace our client's individual growth through mindful teaching, compassion, and respect. We are a community of dedicated teachers and staff who, from deep personal experience, connect with the bliss and healing effects of Yoga. Our teachers bring their insight, years of practice and training, as well as creative and caring energy to class every day. Jamie Garrison 200 E-RYT, has been practicing yoga for over 19 years. Jamie's dedication as a yoga practitioner and instructor is continually evolving. Opening a space to foster the growing interest in yoga has evolved organically and the main focus of serving the community has been the motivation behind this endeavor.
