As a family we make small batch, wood fired 100% pure maple syrup.

The syrup has a
complex maple flavor with hints of natural vanilla, butterscotch and caramel flavor.

400 taps and 5 people collecting makes for a good workout, especially when we get 450 gallons of sap💪
regardless of how many people we have running around in the woods, we always have a good time!

just a few pictures from collecting earlier this week. there was so much to collect we didn’t have time for many pictures!

rumor has it we are just over 1,000 gallons of sap already for the year. that should equal out to roughly 25 gallons of syrup!

syrup season is in full swing! just now at 8:27 pm we had our first draw off of our pan!!

believe it or not, we collected for the first time today and got a whopping 530 gallons of sap!
keep your eyes out for the rest of the shenanigans that have been happening in this part of the woods 👀

our group here was able to get taps in this weekend in hopes this warmer weather will work in our favor. with some manual labor and a lot of laughs, we tapped the fastest we ever have 💪

🍁 HAPPY NATIONAL SYRUP DAY🍁

How do you like to use your syrup? I know most of us use it for pancakes, waffles, and even in some beverages!

A few more ideas of how you can use our syrup:
- glazes and marinades
- flavor in baked goods (it’s especially good in pecan pie)
- ice cream topping

As always, we have both our original and bourbon aged syrup available!
