Even though the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Findlay runs year-round, there’s something special about the first week of school. The campus is buzzing with energy as students and faculty return, and it truly feels like a fresh start.

Our DPT students may be in the middle of their journey, but the excitement of a new academic year brings new opportunities, connections, and growth. Here’s to another year of learning, leadership, and preparing to make a difference in the world of physical therapy! 💪📚

🐰 Exciting News! 🧡
We are thrilled to share that Bun-Bun the rabbit has officially passed the therapy animal evaluation and will be joining Dr. Schroeder for our new “Mind and Matter” sessions beginning this fall!

These monthly sessions, available to both our Traditional and Bridge DPT cohorts, will provide a calm and supportive space for students to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of animal companionship with Bun-Bun 🐇—alongside academic support and tutoring with Dr. Schroeder.

We can’t wait for Bun-Bun to hop into action and bring some extra comfort and care to our DPT community!

Here’s how YOU can secure your spot in the University of Findlay DPT Program through our Early Assurance Process:

1️⃣ Apply to UF through general admissions.
2️⃣ If accepted & you meet the Early Assurance criteria, you’ll receive access to a supplemental DPT application.

🗓️ The DPT program reviews applications within 30 days of submission.
🎉 Decisions go out on a rolling basis – and you'll have 30 days to reply!
✅ All apps must be submitted by April 1st.
