I stopped looking for the light, decided to become it instead 💡🌟✨☀️

Circa 2015 ~ who knew that a couple of months later I would decide to go to Malta for my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (within a week to spare mind you)

Todays weather in NY feels like Malta & is giving my all the feels and most of all reminding me of my light and my purpose 💛

When I feel good and can teach my Chair Yoga to these guys, it makes it all worth it🙏💛

After class, Arnold 88yo 🥹 slides down out of his chair into 🪷 Lotus pose 🪷 and does Om 🕉️
