HRT has been a lifesaver - especially in the sleep department! I’m truly starting to feel like myself again. No more sleepless nights and no more racing mind at 2am. If I wake up, I fall back asleep. It’s a truly beautiful thing!

When you’re running on empty, your body feels it everywhere:

Have you ever had one of those soul filling days with a great friend you haven’t seen in awhile?

One of those meet ups where you talk about anything and everything - past, present, and future - with no judgement? No time limit? No cares?

I had one of those days today! We had a car date (IYKYK 😁) and then soaked up some sun on a nice long walk. I’m pretty sure we could have easily talked for a couple more hours.

✨ Breathe with intention
✨ Get outside + unplug
✨ Spend time with people who lift you up
✨ Prioritize sleep and recovery
✨ Set boundaries that protect your energy. ✨ Snuggle with your pets

Stress doesn’t disappear overnight—but with small, consistent habits, your capacity to handle it grows.
Coping is a skill. And like any skill, it gets stronger with practice.

Non-scale victories are the real signs your body is changing:
• Clothes fitting better
• Less pain or stiffness
• More strength and endurance
• Improved digestion and mood
• Consistent habits you can actually maintain

Progress isn’t always visible in a number—but it is happening.
If you’re showing up, fueling your body, and moving with intention… you’re winning.

Learning a new skill isn’t about being perfect — it’s about becoming more capable. It’s time I get back to the cooking basics and build from there. Cooking is one of those skills that builds confidence, creativity, and independence all at once.

When you learn to cook, you’re not just following recipes. You’re fueling your body better, saving money, slowing down, and creating something with your own hands. It turns everyday meals into a form of self-respect and self-care.

Start simple. Burn a few things - and I will 😄. Laugh it off. Every meal teaches you something new — and that progress adds up faster than you think.

Your health also includes what you consume mentally each day. Social media can quietly impact your mental health by increasing comparison, anxiety, and overstimulation. Taking breaks helps protect your peace, clarity, and emotional well-being. Too much scrolling steals your time, focus, and peace without you even noticing.

I’ve been using a social media app called ScreenZen. It’s been the best tool. I’ve noticed my screen time has been cut in half since I started using it just over two weeks ago.

I have it set up so that I’m only able to check it ten times a day for ten minutes each. Most days I only use half of that. After I’ve scrolled for a few, I will get up and do something productive, listen to music, or work on my puzzle. Whatever grounds me.

Limiting social media can help you:
✔️ Improve focus & productivity
✔️ Reduce comparison & anxiety
✔️ Be more present in real life
✔️ Protect your mental health
✔️ Reclaim time for what truly matters

My mental health has been much better, my time is spent more wisely, and I feel much more at ease and peace.
