Not gonna lie—I didn’t want to go workout today, but I showed up anyway… and now I feel amazing!

It’s wild how often our minds try to talk us out of the very thing that helps us feel better. That post-workout high? It’s real. Exercise releases endorphins, reduces stress, boosts energy, and reminds us just how strong we really are—physically and mentally.

Next time you’re tempted to skip it, just remember: You’ll never regret the workout you did—only the one you didn’t.

It takes THIRTY minutes a day, THIRTY, to better your health. To do something for YOU!

Don’t be that person who can’t carry a case of water, who struggles to walk around the grocery store, or who can’t enjoy a fun, quality life because of poor health.

I can’t tell you how many of my clients say “I wish I would have started sooner!”

MOVE!!!

Movement and exercise are the key to a healthy, happy life when you’re older. Do the work today!

“I’m not seeing progress!!”

Sound familiar??

If so, you might be doing some of these things…

➡️ You think you’re in a calorie deficit but you’re not.
➡️ You’re jumping from one fitness challenge into another and falling off between them.
➡️ You’re not lifting heavy enough.
➡️ You’re actually NOT eating enough.

Here’s what to do…

➡️ Track your food and increase your protein!
➡️ Stop with the challenges. Be consistent with your routine. Challenges only create good habits during a time frame.
➡️ When lifting, you must overload the muscle if you want that “toned” look. Stop with all the cardio and lift heavy!
➡️ You want to look strong and toned? You’ve gotta fuel your body properly!! Stop under eating!

New ink today!!

Ya’ll, we need to talk about !

I went because I LOVE his music, but I will go back because of the human he is.

This man had jokes, he spoke from the heart and with kindness, made sure the crowd took care of themselves and one another, and he responded with patience when someone threw (landed on his back) their hoodie at him to sign.

Emotions filled the crowd while he shed tears during Small Hands - a song he wrote about his two week old son. He talked about missing him and the love he already has for him. He opened the show with a “Worlds Best Dad” hat and closed it with “My favorite people call me daddy” t-shirt.

He sang all of my favorites! His vocal are smooth, harmonious, and powerful! His band and backup singers were amazing as well! Everyone just flowed! 10/10 - will definitely go again!

Whether it’s protecting your time, energy, or emotional well-being, boundaries help you stay true to yourself and avoid burnout.

✅ It’s okay to say no.
✅ It’s okay to take space.
✅ It’s okay to protect your peace.

The people who value you will respect your limits. You don’t need to explain or apologize for taking care of your mental and emotional health.

Two photos, seven years apart, and a lot of work in between! Would you believe me if I told you there’s only a 5-7lb difference between the two? How is that possible?

Muscle and fat weigh the same (a pound is a pound), but muscle is denser and takes up less space than fat. That means you can look leaner and feel stronger without seeing major changes on the scale.

What to focus on instead:
* How your clothes fit
* Your energy levels
* Strength improvements
* Body composition, not just weight
