Can I still attend? YES. Book online and show up about 5-10 minutes early to get signed in.

What do I wear? Comfortable clothes. This is primarily a seated session, not a movement class.

Do I need to bring anything? No, everything is provided. If you have a favorite Zafu/meditation cushion you may bring it but they are also provided. If you can’t sit on the floor, please reach out so I can set up a chair for you.

What if I have never meditated before? This is your perfect opportunity to begin. This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience with meditation, Reiki and energy awareness, including no experience!
