It’s true.

Sound has a way of gently holding your attention so completely that time starts to soften around the edges.

One moment you’re settling in…
the next, the session is over and your whole body feels different.

It’s so easy to get caught up in an ever-growing to-do list. I can feel it in my shoulders just writing this.

The truth is… we don’t have to get everything done right now. We don’t even have to get everything done today.

Something that’s helped me:
I choose 3 priorities for the day.
Anything else that gets done is just a bonus (and maybe a little dopamine hit, if we're being honest).
