We still have room in our Teen Anxiety Group, where we turn learning anxiety coping skills into an art form.
Plus, they can connect with other kids their age who are struggling with similar issues.

Tonight in our Teen Anxiety Group we made value based slime and bracelets.

First, we had them walk to different corners of the room to identify their values as we read them aloud. This corner for your highest value, this corner for your next highest value. Then they took what they gleaned and identified their highest value.

Next they created slime with beads in it that represented that value to help them solidify it.

Kindness, authenticity, caring, freedom, self-care… to name a few.
