goes out to our star Penny!!

Penny had been struggling with low back pain for over a year since finishing chemotherapy and winning her battle against cancer. After working with multiple providers and finding little relief, we used solid strength and conditioning principles to help her improve her fitness and get her pain under control.

Penny has resumed yoga and began strength training several times per week! She is CRUSHING her goals and continues to progress each week.
