Join me Wednesday mornings at 9am for a calm, relaxing yoga practice. This practice will target common areas of physical stress and tension, breathing practices to help regulate the nervous system, restorative yoga postures, and a long guided savasana for deep relaxation.

Rest is a radical gift. As yoga teachers, practitioners, and human beings, we are being asked to hold more than ever.

Yoga Nidra teaches us that rest is restorative and deeply necessary. Even when everything's not okay, we can settle our systems and help others do the same.

When we cultivate the ability to quiet the nervous system, to pause - breathe - reconnect with ourselves and one another, we are able to bring a grounded and compassionate presence into the world around us.

Rest is a radical gift.
