Happy September! Are you struggling to stay committed to healthy habits? I know for me it can be really difficult unless I have some accountability to help keep me on track. Whether it’s connecting with a coach, showing up at a class that I’ve paid for or using an accountability tool.

My SNS accountability tool (pictured) helps me stay on track. I especially like it because I give myself a lot of options so I don’t get bored.

As you can see, I don’t do everything every day. That feels impossible to me recently. Lately I’ve been doing a 28 day calisthenics workout that I signed up for. With that I noticed that other things like SNS-15s or going to a yoga class have gone by the wayside. But that’s ok! The point (for me) is to move my body every day and keep it interesting so I want to keep doing it.

Saw this on IG and thought I’d give it a try ! Delish! And full of protein!

Here’s what to do:

Mix 1 cup of full fat cottage cheese with 2 egg whites and whatever spices you want (I did salt n’ pepper and everything but the bagel spice). Pour into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into crackers or roll your favorite sandwich fixin’s. Enjoy!!!!

Thank God it’s Friday! No matter what your week was like (mine was a doozie!!), it’s the weekend! So take some time to move your body, eat well, connect with others, and most importantly, just be. Sometimes you need to ‘just be’ so you can reset. In my world, that’s what a weekend off is all about. Do what fills your cup and makes you feel whole again.

Back by popular demand (aka my own personal chip addiction) let us embrace “No Chip November”. Do it however it works for you. My goal is to not eat potato chips for the whole month, as they’re my secret nemesis. I still have tortilla chips (most often with smashed avocado) as I can eat just a few of them and be done. I recommend you avoid whatever it is that you believe would be good to go without for the month to break whatever bad habit you have. Either way, you got this and remember — slow n’ steady wins the race!
