This is how 2:06 marathoner Rory Linkletter fueled with in the Boston Marathon yesterday 🚀

2 hours before:
15g of Blank’s Bicarb mix - watermelon flavored

During the race:
- Alternated each aid station with a caffeinated gel + water and Blank’s High Carb drink mix
- Blank’s Hydrogel: 40g of carbs at every other aid station
- Blank’s High Carb: 33g of carbs in each bottle at every other aid station

Both gel and drink mixes were lemon lime and grape flavored.

Rory hit a huge PR yesterday and we’re excited to see what more is ahead!

How Rory Linkletter fueled his final big session for the Boston Marathon!
