Nature still wakes up with the sun.
Humans… changed the clock.
For most of human history, the sun set our schedule.
Our hormones, metabolism, and immune system evolved around that rhythm.
Your body still knows what time it is.
The only thing that changed…
is the clock.
When that natural rhythm gets disrupted — whether from stress, poor sleep, or seasonal time changes — the nervous system is often the first place it shows up.
That’s why I spend so much time helping people understand how their body is responding to stress. Many signals people experience — fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, anxiety, or stubborn inflammation — are often connected to a nervous system that’s been pushed out of balance.
Tools like wellness scans can sometimes help reveal those stress patterns so we can better understand what the body may be signaling and support it more intentionally.
Because the body is always communicating.
The question is whether we’re listening.
Many people have never been told how important morning light is for their body’s rhythm.
Curious — do you notice the time change affecting your sleep or energy each year?
I always find it fascinating how the body tells its story when we take the time to listen.
