Andrew and I are blessed to announce that our son, Liam, arrived 10/24! 🥰

He was so excited to meet everyone that he decided to come an entire month early but he is doing great!

This new season of life has definitely been more challenging emotionally than I ever could have imagined or prepared for but we are so grateful for our village during this postpartum period.

To all of my patients: thank you for being so supportive and understanding during this time and know I miss you all terribly and can't wait to get back to treating you soon! 😊

Ah, here we are at week 34!

To be honest, I’m starting to really feel pregnant 😂

These tools/strategies have been helping to ease my aches and pains this week for sure! I forgot to add in elevating my legs for my lovely kankles 😂🤪😉

Heyyyy and HAPPY FRIDAY! 🥳 (I just had to share my new favorite sweatshirt) and a few reminders for what's going on with Harmony PT!

My hours have changed as of 09/01/2025:
Mon- 9am-5pm
Tues- 8am-12pm
Wed- 9am-5/6pm
Thurs- 1pm-6/7pm
Fri- 9am-12pm

(As my belly grows I am slowing down and I am okay admitting that)

I do plan on treating current patients for as long as I can (due date is end of November) but will NOT be accepting new patients at this time- ethically it would not be fair to start with someone and then have to cease treatment for an unknown amount of time.

Current patients: if anything would change with my ability to treat, you will be directly notified by either me or front office coordinator. I also request that if you need any medical documentation or miscellaneous things to be sent/done, please let me know ASAP, as once I am out on maternity leave, I will not be readily available to complete these tasks. I request that when I am out on leave that you contact me via email at andreamiller@harmonyphysicaltherapy.org

Fleetwood's Main Street Fair is Saturday, October 4th from 9am-2pm! Harmony will be set up in front of the office along with the amazing Betty with Harmony's Hope, Jill with Creative Perspectives Counseling, Hannah with Rebalance Massage and Wellness and Amanda from Vos Wellness! We plan on having a little bit of fun for everyone so don't miss out and make sure to visit us! 😊
