So you ask, what makes us different? I will tell you:
You are our family. We will prioritize you as we do our family.
Don't put a worker and a vehicle down for hours upon hours to go sit at the tire shop to get new tires. We literally have a MOBILE TIRE SHOP. It is fully equipped with tire machine, balancers, air compressor etc. etc.
We can come to the worksite, or to your business property and change the tires there, you don't have to miss a beat. Get a flat in Genesee County? Give us a call, we will either come repair it, or we will send a tow truck.
3. We are a full-service shop. We offer all brands of tires from truck tires to trailer and lawn mower tires, we have them. We do engine repair, replacement, brakes and suspension, alignments, A/C repair etc. etc.
We have listened to our fleets to know what they want, want they need and what will make their lives easier. Most recently, we started offering glass services (repair, windshield replacement etc.). So if you need tires and want the crack in the window repair, we will do it all in one visit!!!
Do your guys, and gals, have your fleet vehicles look like they were in a muddy demolition derby with a blindfold on? That's fine by us. Lets keep them vehicles around as long as we can and make them look presentable for the patrons who see the vehicle as it travels. We now offer detailing services from paint correction, ceramic coating, interior and exterior clean, waxing etc. etc. (the detail and glass shop now occupy the north end garage of our shop on Saginaw St.).
4. Does one of your vehicles need to come in for a diagnostics or repair? WE OFFER PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICES!!!!!!!!! We will come and get the vehicle, take it to the shop, get it handled and return it.
As you can see, we do anything and everything we can to minimize the impact your vehicles and any problems that arise have on your fleets business operations. If you aren't working, you aren't making money and its the same with us. So we offer a superior service to offer to our fleet customers.
