We are the public provider of mental health, developmental disabilites, and substance use disorder services. To access our services call the Access Department at 810.257.3740 Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. For Crisis Services call us at 810.257.3740, Toll Free 877.346.3648 or TTY 810.232.6310, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This page is not monitored 24/7. Legacy Center hosted the November 2025 meeting of Clubhouse Michigan on Wednesday, November 12. The event welcomed 50 visitors representing 15 Clubhouses from across Michigan, with additional participants joining virtually via Zoom.
