Slade serves as the Operations Manager for Lauderdale County, balancing life as a Paramedic, entrepreneur, husband, father, and farmer 🚑🐣🐓

Throughout his career, he has made a lasting impact on his team, most recently by supporting and encouraging several employees as they advance their education 📚

His leadership is steady, his attitude is positive, and he consistently creates opportunities for those around him to grow

If you ever step into his office, you will quickly notice one of his favorite things… Legos 🧱
We are 90 percent sure he is one good shift away from completing a fully operational EMS station out of them, complete with tiny ambulances and a command staff 😂🚑

When you sweat, you lose water and key minerals that keep muscles working right 🧂⚡

Stay ahead of cramps
• Drink water throughout the day 💧
• Add electrolytes during heat or activity ⚡

When seconds matter, information matters.

If you had a medical emergency right now, would responders know:
• Your medications
• Allergies
• Medical conditions
• Emergency contacts

Most people think “yeah, it’s in my phone”… but locked phones don’t help us fast.

Here’s a simple fix that could save your life:
✔ Keep a printed medical info sheet in your home (fridge is best)
✔ Add emergency contacts labeled clearly
✔ List medications and dosages
✔ Include allergies and major conditions

Bonus tip:
📱 Set up your emergency info in your phone’s Medical ID so it can be accessed without unlocking

This takes 5 minutes… and could make all the difference on your worst day.
