On our way home from baseball tonight, my twins asked if we could stop at the park. 💛

The thing is… my almost 12-year-olds don’t really ask to go to the park much anymore. Life is busy now. Sports, practices, games, growing up.

But tonight they asked to stop at the park… and when I got asked to push the swings for the first time in a long time, I soaked in every second of it.

Because the older they get, the more I realize there will eventually be a “last time” for all of these little moments.

The last time they ask for a push.The last park stop on the way home.The last time they still feel little.

Sometimes I wish I could step back into those younger years for just a minute and slow down a little more. Push them on the swings for hours like they used to want.

So now, when I get the chance… I sure as hell take it.

Starting over can look really different at 20, 40, or even 60… and honestly that’s the beauty of it 💫

I’ve been realizing that growth isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s choosing better habits.
Taking care of your health.
Learning new skills.
Building something from scratch.
Protecting your peace.
Or finally saying yes to the things you’ve been curious about for years.

5 things I’ve started becoming more intentional about lately as a mom trying to feel better, live better, and be more present 💛

1️⃣ Paying more attention to ingredients & what we bring into our home
Not from fear… just becoming more aware and making better swaps where we can.

2️⃣ Supporting my body from the inside out
Protein, minerals, hydration, gut health, recovery, sleep, and daily supplements have become a much bigger priority for me lately.

3️⃣ Reducing some of the “always stressed and running on empty” lifestyle
Less survival mode. More balance. More slowing down enough to actually enjoy life with my boys.

4️⃣ Spending more time outside & moving my body.Baseball fields, walks, sunshine, gardening, lake days… honestly it’s therapy at this point ☀️⚾️🌱

5️⃣ Learning more about wellness, cellular health, and long-term health instead of just quick fixes
The deeper I dive into this world, the more fascinated I get by how connected everything really is.

Definitely not perfect over here 😂 but small intentional changes really do add up over time.
