Myra Patrick was the kind of nurse who could make you laugh even on your hardest day. Her sense of humor was as much a gift as her skill, reminding patients and coworkers alike that even in difficult moments, joy could be found. She had a way of lightening the heaviest situations with a quick joke or a playful smile, making people feel seen and comforted in ways that went beyond medicine. She touched countless lives both in and out of Mitchell Hollingsworth. We are so grateful to have been in her presence during her 11 years at our facility. Though she is gone, the warmth, humor, and love she shared will be remembered always.
