The NKY Addiction Helpline assists individuals/families struggling with addiction.

LIHEAP Crisis is now open for applications from January 6 to March 27, 2026. Eligible Kentucky households facing heating emergencies may qualify for assistance.

Peer Recovery Supporter certification training is starting again soon!
The next class is virtual (Zoom) from February 23-27, 2026.
Sessions are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM each day.

IMPORTANT: Applications and REFERENCES are due by February 10.

Holiday celebrations often involve alcohol—but youth are watching more than we realize. 🍷🚫
This season, help set the tone for safety and healthy decision-making.
Tips for families:
• Store alcohol where youth cannot access it
• Talk about expectations around underage drinking
• Show teens that fun doesn’t have to involve substances
• If hosting, offer plenty of alcohol-free drink options
Prevention starts at home, and it starts early.

The Emergency Shelter of Northern Kentucky will operate as an Extreme Weather Warming Center starting at 10am on Friday, December 12th until 9am on Monday, December 15.

This program serves adults 18+ who are experiencing homelessness.
