Working with a client and decided to jump into our own little challenge… and honestly? SO fun. Highly recommend getting yourself a partner in crime.

My first action step: make a plan.

Nothing fancy. Just something clear, doable, and easy to access (because if it’s complicated, I’m not doing it—and let’s be real, neither are most people). I had it formatted right into my Notes app so it’s always right there. Busy life = simple systems.

Next step? Work the plan. 🙌

Not perfectly. Just consistently.

I’m excited to check in with my partner in crime over the next few weeks as we both show up, follow through, and prove that accountability changes everything.

Not a straight line. Not a perfect plan.

🎯 Goal: reduce sedentary hours
📝 Plan: add more daily movement
✅ Action: committed to a full year of Ladder

If you look at my patterns, you’ll see I was searching for consistency. I tried different coaches and programs, and by January I finally found my groove.

Not every week looks the same—and that’s okay. It took me three months to figure out what actually worked for me.

Stick with your goals.
Adjust your actions when needed.
Keep cheering yourself on.
