Today was BUSY!!! I forgot to post breakfast and lunch 🥴…breakfast was a nutrigrain bar and a latte premier protein shake. Got my protein, caffeine, and saturated fats in. For lunch, pan seared salmon and broccoli. Look in the comments for lunch picture.
