Join us for this Grief Holiday Workshop to experience a Grief Yoga® class! Register with the link in bio!

This Workshop can benefit anyone who is feeling overwhelmed or lost within their grief this holiday season or anyone who wants to learn new ways they can move forward with their grief in a meaningful way.

Participants will experience a gentle Grief Yoga® class (no yoga experience required!) that will provide a meaningful connection with their grief and a cathartic emotional expression and release using the power of the body. This will be followed by an activity where we will create a commemorative token that participants can use to continue to connect with their loved ones through the holiday season. 

This Workshop will conclude with participants hearing from Clarissa Wicklund, LMFT, and a Certified Death Doula about helpful coping strategies and commemoration ideas for carrying their grief through the holidays.

 If you are wondering how you can connect with your loved one who has passed in a meaningful way this holiday season, then this Workshop is for you!

Help your mind and body ease into new seasons of life with these calming yoga poses:

🦋 Butterfly Pose: Sit with feet together and gently flap your knees. Opens the hips and encourages relaxation.

🏔️ Mountain Pose: Stand tall with feet together, arms by your sides, and take deep breaths. Promotes grounding and confidence.

🦁 Lotus Pose: Sit comfortably, inhale deeply, then exhale with a roar while sticking out your tongue. Releases tension and helps express feelings.
