It doesn’t wait for a sign (eyeroll)
It doesn’t say, “I’ll launch when I feel ready.” 🤷♀️
It moves.
Loud. Fast. A little unhinged (of course) 😂
Leaving scorched earth where comfort used to live.

How do you meditate anyways? It's a question we get a lot. In 2026, we'll be hosting a "How To" series monthly.
In Jan, we will lead an intro class through a guided grounding meditation. This session will provide foundational knowledge for entering meditation, a visual location to return to, and ideas for expanding their practice in the future. All levels of experience are welcome!
