Just in from the Denton Health department. A person infected with measles visited these places on these dates if not sure of your immune status you can call the office and make an appointment for a blood test to confirm immunity .

On top of the second child dying of measles this week ,it has been reported that an infected person has been identified as being At Great Wolf lodge and Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine recently. If you have not been immunized again measles as a child now would be a good time.

A person who tested positive for measles recently went to Grapevine, according to Tarrant County Public Health.

The Texas Department of State Health Services reported its measles outbreak had GROWN TO 327 cases as of Friday, with 40 of the patients having been hospitalized and one person, a child, confirmed dead from the illness.

The Texas health department said just two of the cases were in vaccinated people, with the remainder of the 325 sick patients being unvaccinated or having an unknown vaccination status.
